Wowzers, 7m share buy order is something we haven't seen in a while.
The liquidity in FBR has gone so low.
Shareholders have mostly just stopped selling at this price.
Hopefully it means shareholders are done giving away their shares for cents in the dollar. Very charitable of them indeed.
As I have said before, low liquidity hurts real bad on the way down but has the opposite effect with even a small buy volume.
