Buy the time you hire find the right people and you train someone to a competent level you could be looking at 3 months plus. Id say they would have a good idea of when the new Hadrian will be ready to commence and have timed this. I would like to think as a business they are capable of coordinating such a simple business function. If not we are all in a lot of trouble
