Captain ,Motley Fool comments on BKW JV was positive , not surprised about SP increase but would wait 12 to 18 months before investing to see how JV develops. This is certainly a departure from the previous negative comments.I also feel more relaxed ,now we have a solid foundation to build on block by block on and if FBR plan is maintained there should be a sequence of positive announcements .
