CRH are a very intelligent company, they have their hands in quite a few different pies worldwide . They do from water projects bridges, Grande Prix tracks ect, ect , at the end of the day they will supply the bricks/blocks and lay the base / foundations right?
I know FBR can lay their own base/ foundations for the HX/ homes and brick/ block suppliers aren’t exactly in shortage anywhere in the world.
im actually more stoked about Pulte group! They have been very boisterous about the capabilities of the HX and more importantly they are a building company and building companies are what FBR need to build for in the future. The news coverage I’ve seen in the states has been seriously promoting the HX. It’s exactly how I had hoped.
My biggest concern is the FBR are strictly relying ( of course they are) on the JV with CRH in moving forward and that’s where it can come to a standstill. Imagine more CR? Have we a plan B or C that can be quickly activated/Actioned? How with this effect the employees ect, ect
The HX is signed off to Miami diade codes/ standards and the hype in Florida has been flattering I’m sure for FBR.
I personally will buy more if it’s under 0.0026 but nothing crazy as I have enough. ( call me a sucker I know and l’ll cop more backlash for this I’m sure) but I’m sure something else will eventuate , but how long and at what expense is unknown to us.
I seriously feel ill thinking this way, but it pays to keep an open mind always.
