100% , surely out of hundreds of employees from all these companies, family friends etc etc , the builders involved , the staff involved would all hear little whispers what about the ASX ? Would love to be the first to know all the price sensitive announcements about to come out before anyone else , you know what I mean . Everything points to a successful JV and possibly something else thrown into the mix , find it strange that the 10 new PulteGroup builds were not announced though .NFA DYOR .
