Totally agree . How could you keep it quiet in the offices of all the PulteGroup divisions ! Bloody Chinese whispers. Could we have our real first serious agreement coming our way soon ? If something of substance comes about I’ll feel sorry for all those that had doubt and fear and sold because of “no builder wants it , you can’t build like that , is the price telling you anything” ! I have a feeling that PulteGroup are going to have some worried competitors if they are serious of taking on FBR .I’m thinking they will definitely want some sort of exclusivity arrangement. Are the big boys also talking to FBR because of FOMO ? Will an agreement be struck with Liebherr if there is so much interest now ? Are the Pivac’s trying to secure Government funding to manufacture ? Anything is possible, great demand will give FBR power to negotiate on their terms , hopefully they don’t Fuk it up by being too greedy if this was the case . Hold on tight incoming announcements YES or NO ! No will instantly break us , Yes will secure confidence and a slow grind to the $1.00 party imo the risk is minimal. NFA DYOR .
