What Sarah shared seems to be coming to fruition. Anyone who has followed FBR knows 5 mill isn't much. Seems like it's simply for an objective, this CR is not looking to fill the annual coffers. This likely means they have something coming soon they believe will either bring in cash or make a significant dent to the SP.

Who and what is the harder part.

I have always wanted it to be Liebherr. I think they would be more suitable than most. They wouldn't limit available market by being a sole brick supplier or sole builder, it wouldn't matter what bricks/blocks or what builder they were working for.

They already build, service, train, hire and sell machinery. They are a great fit and positioned globally. They have been involved with FBR for some time now and even helped with design. The only question I have to the potential validity of Liebherr is who would operate the machines. I don't know all service offerings and can't recall when they offered onsite operations. Perhaps someone here could give an example.

When you review the investor presentation, they have 4 mentions and 3 worth sharing. When I look into the wording of the last two (In fairness this is not reliable) I see more potential for them to be the ones taking us to the next step. Second example feels like FBR and Liebherr did the demonstrations together. The third example may hint on a resolution for operational staff.

Let's not forget the MOU. Details for Phase 2 shared at bottom of post.

By no means is any of this a statement. OfCourse this could be me misinterpreting the information. It is simply an observation and a gut feel. After reflection I just see more likelihood in this than alternatives. If it is I think it will be the best fit and time open a bottle or something strong and special.

it seems plainly obvious that Liebherr will be the joint venture partner. Hopefully there is space in the room for all egos to fit, everyone gets a nice slice of pie and all parties make plenty of money.

L-M definitely feel like the right fit for FBR.
