    Because if you read their last announcement you can see that the new rigs are targeting 1000 large bricks (12000 normal bricks) to build houses in a matter of hours. Also FBR's costs in that country will also scale down in accordance with the cheap labour. There is also other DST applications to be pursued in Saudi Arabia.
