It's part of the roadmap for the FBR/CRH jv. CRH wanted the 300 option, they know the florida market better than most, but FBR also sees a market for a couple thousand across the USA based on the number of houses being built each year and the massive backlog. Florida and Texas being the first two states they're tackling. That couple thousand will also only meet a small percentage of the need. Hence demand will outstrip supply pretty quickly.
