In my opinion, it is likely that FBR will receive more for each square meter of wall built compared to even brick masons.
The additional value flows from the incremental value to the builder from:
    Faster build
    Stronger structure
Better cash flow from faster lock-up stage progress payments
    Better price certainty
    Better scheduling certainty
    Less scaffolding
    Better insulation
More accurate build work, less flow on impact to other trades
Eventually, less routing work, when router is built-in
Less need for water on site
    Less waste
Ability to sell the build with better green credentials
    Less OH&S concern
Free publicity and exposure from using new, innovative and cutting edge building techniques
Less security for blocks needing to be stored, for weeks while builders build the structure
    Less insurance
Even the level slabs have flow on benefits to trades that follow

    These are just a few.
I do wonder whether FBRs expectations around Free Cash Flow baked in these additional benefits or whether it was just based on a straight substitution.

Benzi, good point about block size. With fewer block size and weight limitations the builds could become extremely fast under the HX system.
There are a lot of additional benefits that come from larger block size alone.
    Exciting times.
