i also agree.
it would make sense to get all those 10 builds done, then make the announcement.
Though i cannot see that announcement happening till Sept at least, and they have no need to announce it right up till Nov 13 (or similar).
i thought i would take a break from the FBR arguments the last couple of days. Catching up now during wine o clock.
Course i was watching the share price with my other stocks that i watch, but didnt read any posts until just now.
Share price trending down still. Reckon FBR share price is in the middle of a wave 3 of a 5 wave downward trend. But i am new to charting so high chance of being wrong. Prediction is still downward trend till end of June when wave 3 ends.
I see a few posts from people depressed about the share price. If i am right, wave 4 will happen in July sone time. It will be upward. But not much, and not for long.
Wave 5 will happen after that, which will be down, and seanl will see his 5 cent range.

after wave 5 there should be a correction pattern followed by a new 5 wave pattern that might be an upward trend ( hopefully this happens for the long term holders).
Troopy, our house is on a class M slab. 19 years old. Runs east to west along the length. So long south wall with no exposure to sun down that side of the house most of the year. South wall is also on the high side of the block so the rain runs downhill to it. Brick and stick build by AV Jennings.
No cracks in brick work at all.
. But AV jennings did provide us a 25 year structural gaurantee. Other builders at the time would only give 8 years, which was one reason we chose AV Jennings.
I read your posts with interest, and do some of my own reading ( yes on google Bdwag).
I wonder how many years FBR will gaurantee their walls for?....and will they be able to get waas to cash flow positive to stay in business long enough to make a claim against.
Will see if i can hold out till next Friday before sneaking a look at the FBR thread again.
