These jv's are more then meets the eye, i predict the ramp up money is coming from 2 partner companies(more machines will be manufactured according to market demand and projects and the money will come from fbr and brickworks and wienerberger)
fbr and partner companies gain a profit from jv = both will invest to increase marketshare and thus increase profit.
