I dont see why 10 houses would be any form of catalyst for investment. Build 1 should have been yet zero interest, zero advancement with KSA or mexico, nothing. IMO the company is hoping the 10 builds will pump up the SP just enough to merit the ultra dilution required for a capital raise so they can have more machines for the JV and I honestly dont think the KSA MOU is even being considered for the next few years. Its now months since they started renting the massive factory, yet they have no money to do anything with it related to mass production.
This company needs to replace some management
