Looks to me there is plenty of room for innovation and better building techniques and standards here in Australia.
To think that if your buying property from a major developer you would be covered for more than 7 years, your are not. And would expect a building of that magnitude to last for a life time. The Mascot Towers were only 10 years old. Don't forget about the Opal towers too.
The building game is ripe for innovation and change here in this country.
Starting with residential builds, I hope FBR can capitalize.
