Your initial post isn't indicative of a short term outlook.

If that was the case, you would have posted this as soon as the JV with Brickworks was signed and it went up 20% on a non price sensitive announcement following the 'sheep'.

Last time they needed capital, they raised the $17m through an institutional placement at 10.5c in under a week. Highly unlikely that they'll do a raise lower than that price.

Mind letting us know when the Share Price touched 6c in the past 2 months? Your 4-6c prediction was incredibly broad in itself. To clarify, 4-6c means 4.0 to 6.0 not 6.9 before you try and get me on another ridiculous technicality.

The JV has provided an implicit derisker. However, everyone is still waiting for FBR Aus to build the 10 houses so that we can ascertain how much revenue is earned per house compared to the initial prospectus of selling the machines. That was indicated as June-July, the rise in SP is probably resulting from this impending news.

We already calculated that they'd have enough cash to last them until Christmas, conveniently after the builds have likely been completed and performance shares have been given.
