Great decision good luck to you wish you the very best but Mate you really don’t need to prove anything to any of us especially to him , who shows his qualifications by posting pics of his Ferrari instead of his building license.You see how he now has changed his tact even with Dale on board for a 882m2 build which is huge for their 3rd building project and a massive confidence lift for many , he cannot give credit where credit is due but now starts with the BS “HX needs a large site to work” just ignore and be happy and sure of your investment as I am .
