I wondered that also, the numbers getting thrown around are delusional and misleading at best, 20-30k saving per job? WTF? So how much was it to begin with? An average 25sq single story that the majors charge about 240k for doesn’t have that much to cut from block work, you still need blocks, they don’t become free with a machine laying them and there isn’t 20-30k worth of labour involved.
