Man things take along time to eventuate. I knew about these childcare's few months ago. Only building them now. They were meant to make some kind of Ann middle of last month.
After completion of first CC. They will start building most of DA homes. I think there just taking things slow atm being in trial and transition stage.
I take my hat to some of the loyal long term investors here.
FBR need some kind of income coming in quick smart. It's drying them up. Hopefully get some traction very soon.
