Not for long Herewegoagain! You obviously haven't seen the new changes to NCC 2022, and obviously know SFA about the residential building industry.
You won't be sticking plasterboard directly to brickwork soon!
Wait till you see the new condensation provisions, changes to the acceptable construction practices and waterproofing and weather proofing changes.
You think laying bricks with gaps in them is going to be satisfactory. No wonder builder's hang around for a laugh!
