Interesting to say the least, Boutique build some pretty obscure houses, impressive but far beyond what the HX is capable of, pretty much always custom, a lot are also knock down re-build in the inner east of Melbourne, come across them on a few jobs in the same street in the last couple of years, we used to use the same scaffold company.
Brick veneer in Vic will continue as is, nobody is swapping Chippies for robots just yet.
