Thanks for the decent pictures. For me I think these small blocks might be a bit more sensitive to alignment issues than larger blocks, as small deviations in size or bad placements etc could add up over multiple courses. The double brick here seems to be a "worst case" of complexity for HX, lots of bricks and close together.
I'd be Interested to know if they can still get the rate of misaligned bricks down to negligible (<0.01%) in windy conditions.
