Without getting too excited SP will move it’s been a while since any good news , the builds have been proven and are already factored in . What we don’t know is , are we about to hear that Dale Alcock has signed a deal with FBR to build hundred of homes or as I said before is Dale just testing the waters to see how he operates with FBR ? Signed agreement 10c + testing waters 5.5 c . But all in all great to see the original Angel investor still in the game after 18 years ! What does that go to tell you ? Major Confidence! Wonder which other builders they’re working with to build those 5 homes ? Possibly Summit ? This is just the beginning folks .
