if you bothered to research before shooting your mouth off ... I assume you are talking about Mark Pivac bringing in his cousin Mike Pivac... this was done back in late 2013 when only a family member would work for FREE for 18 months.
It was Mike who came up with the reverse listing getting us on the ASX as our first and only CEO
