I said for ages on this thread that , our housing market was crazily overinflated and doomed and the government wouldn’t want a robotic bricklayer around bringing down the housing prices even further. I see they are looking at a 5% deposit now could be required for a home loan??? You would absolutely be crazy to buy now!!
Imagine the possible financial pain, if FBR did the live build now and knocked up a house quickly and a lot cheaper , maybe the government is telling them to back off???
