If you choose to complain it's very easy to do. Please follow these instructions below.
1. http://www.fca.org.uk/site-info/contact - Click on link and open webpage to financial conduct authority UK.
2. The click on the green icon "Ask us a question" then "What is your query about" then "Spread betting" as CFD's are used in spreadbetting too.
3. You may then choose to complain about a certain CFD Providor by clicking "Which firm is your query about" then naming them to the FCA.
4. Then you can tell them all about your problems or concerns next.
I decided to complain because of my personal circumstance. I am not an employee or in any way associated with any CFD providor in anyway.
ASIC must do the same as its there duty.
