Hi, well watch this space as I have added some lastest updates. I bet you many new post's will like magic appear verysoon, that I am alleging are be written by CFD company employees.
I am taking screenshots, but please watch how many new posts will pop up after this post that I am writing now. Maybe not because its a public holiday today Australia day the 26th of Jan. So they will not be at work today?. Who knows???.
Anyway read these two new links one from ASIC's own website. CFD companies will now have to report all there: Over the counter trades. About time too. They are being watched now so lets see what will happen.

Despite what some brokers apparently believe, ASIC expects CFDs and margin FX to be reported and will use their enforcement powers to enforce this rule.
