    Overnight the FCC has issued letters to AT&T and Verizon concerning their sponsored data programs for video.

    This is not a threat for Syntonic.  This presents an opportunity.  However, there will be changes to the FCC with a Trump administration set to open up net neutrality post Jan 20th.
