My key take is Trent's comment they are examining processing muckpiles through the moth-balled refinery, suggested timeline about 18 months to production if viable.
FCC has plenty of material on its properties to re-process.
The refinery is set up to process for silver with cobalt by-product. A different process would be needed to sort for cobalt. Engineering studies are underway.
This is not yet the certainty seuss is seeking above, but does show direction.
Muckpile reprocessing may be overtaken by proving up a viable resource at USCO. Who knows. FCC is pursuing quite a few options.
