If Futuris was fighting to survive it would be selling it's assets in the process to keep afloat and the only one to get part return would be the creditors which Futuris still has about $500million.
But i think your lucky watford i dont see that happenning so your and i "quote you".. FCLPA ranks ahead of the equity holders... means nothing if FCL creditors were called.
P.S I still think yout trying to feather your FCLPA nest before selling
