As i already pointed out and stated since you been blowing your FCLPA trumpet, FCL has shown a much better return.
As to the FCLPA ranks higher than FCL, Creditors are frist in line or as you like to put it creditors rank higher than FCLPA. So in a scenario where Futuris was fighting to survive creditors would get what ever was left of the shell.
I dont even know why we are talking about rank or survivel Futuris business is very strong in most cases creditors dont even get a full retrun.
I think watford has a false sense security.
