All funding, legal, financial and commercial DD complete. Just locked in $5m of funds, over double the minimum amount sought and at 8c rather than 6c. Some big backing from investors. This deal seems de-risked for me now.
All we need now is more updates on Robo3D Nov and Dec sales. I predict if these show more growth we could be off to the races again. I like this deal compared to some of the other pie in the sky tech deals out there which are valued at 2-3x times and have no revenues.
