sergent, i probably am muddling things up, i must not have read the announcement correctly.
so brencorp have sold out of CUS asia in exchange for 90 odd million shares in CUS. i think they had 40 mill before this so the deal takes their holding to approx 130 mill CUS fully paid shares
Plus brencorp still hold the original 40 mill options in CUS.
I wonder why brencorp are taking such a big chunk of CUS so early when they had a lot more time up their sleeve to do it.
to me something has created the need for either CUS or brencorp to do this deal know, so i feel there is other news in the pipeline to come.
