pickup...my sentiment exactly.
I was thinking about it today. FCP converted their shares at approx 27c a share (based on exhange rate of 6.4, and a fintronics share price of 72c).
Now, if I were FCP, I wouldn't make that move if a bad result was coming in CUS, so we can count that out. They must be expecting some good news. Either that or they wanted to convert ahead of a consolidation, in which case they believe a consolidation would be a good thing....which I tend to agree.
The move in Fintronics intrigues me. That felt like there was some corporate news flow about to happen there...but if so why did FCP make thier exposure to Fintronics less direct than it was by the conversion.
Of course, we may be missing the obvious and that is that is that SPS is about to fire up and the company is about to rerate....which is very plausible.
My gut tells me that the share price might put on 10c rather quickly!!!
