thanks for pointing out the "effective immediately" part. for some reason i missed that.
based on this, i believe the FDA will provide clearance to market Oraline without full official 510(k) approval as they have done with the urine test. this clearance may be granted relatively quickly (q1 2008) but i'd say that official approval will be many months away.
let's hope they get back on track with marketing the Oraline test soon, which would be a step in the right direction.
i'm a believer with patience. if I could I'd buy all the shares on offer up to 5c and end up with 2.1M shares for under $100K.
