You then wonder how PS could talk up the potential of getting it by end of 2009. It seems to be such a mess that you even wonder how come DrR and ACL are so confident it will be granted by the end of the q1 2011.

Was interesting to note that "the number of original ANDAs OGD received each year (since 2005) has remained relatively stable".... implying that there is something fundamentally wrong in the way the FDA is managed and funded.
