Hi TDA, don't get me wrong, I was not attacking the ACL management, but was only reflecting on FDA's effectiveness (or lack of).

I agree they did well in raising capital on a timely fashion, and wouldn't think that they misled us with a potential end 09 approval. At the time, I think he didn't realise the scale of the FDA mess, which may be the only thing we could complain about, but even that would be a stretch. Expectations management is a key part of his job, and I think he has done a reasonably good job in that department. As we all know, when you don't you lose credibility and trust very quickly, and it is very hard to gain them back.

So all in all, I am very happy with PS, and expect to be even much happier in a little while.

Any news from T7 ?
