You are correct but they need volume and PAA has none so it is not being manipulated. Price suppression would usually come with a party building a stake in the company. If that was the case someone has been manipulating the price for years while they accumulated. If that were true then we would have a ASX notice about a change in holdings.

i wish that was the case as it would mean something was brewing. In this case it is purely someone losing patience and selling into the market.

There are no indicators of market manipulation or capping of PAA sp. It is purely no momentum and no catalyst in the immediate. At some point investors will look to move to other opporunities. We are not here to crowd fund!
