Regrettably Big Pharma only care about the Bottom Line and Their SH Returns , there is a set industry standard... 300 to 400% of the Companys MC they are buying,, if they don't get that they start to buy on market until they have enough stock to put in a few of their own BOB members, then the BOD recommend to sell again ... but this time they can pay a little more for the remaining shares they dont own yet.
The best indication is when a few in the Top 20 get a call for an off market purchase at a premium so they soak up the Big Parcels first..NZT
Pfizer don't need any assistance from PAA moving forward they have the best Trial Managers and have deep pockets and Market Relationships that are decades old..
DXB had to negotiate hard for over 3 months to bring in a $230m licensing deal with a $10m cash advance for the license "Hurt Money" with a $68m MC They had completed all trialing and the Treatment was market ready,, plus they owned all their own IP and had created a minefield of IP surrounding their Tech..
If PAA kept going alone to bring MPL to be market ready for MND by themselves they would be in a much stronger negotiating position,, if they stick to the plan, and MT has done so far they will have ODD by May 2024 and cant start to revenue from MPL Tablets as the treatment for MND... then they can confidently gain licensing agreements ,,, dont under estimate the cost of Manufacturing, Warehousing , Marketing, Distribution , Admininstration..
This is why so many Biotech and Baby Pharma end up going through the licensing process , Pfizer is a Super Power and supply every Country "already" , Every Private Insurance Company and most Govt Purchasers have accounts already set up with Pfizer... Supply cjhains can cost Hundreds of Millions to set up but you dont event the wheel when Pfizer have the whole Car...

Picking we will have more MND data made available prior to the Vote at the AGM on the Oppies etc,, SH need to have as much Intel on hand to make the decision ,,, once burnt , twice burnt , 3 times burnt ? and you want SH to put their hand back in the fire,,$$$
IMHO if there is "slowing of the Progression" Big Money,, if it has some form of Regression ,, Serious Wealth Creation... some may need to seek Professional Financial advice , because you are going to get blown out of your current tax bracket ......
