RA has been involved in the scientific research going back a decade, so he's employed for that deep technical knowledge as well as his corporate experience. If your concern is he may get in the way of MT, I suggest this is unlikely, MT does not strike me as the person who'll put up with back seat drivers and if they try to do that, he'll walk imo, which would inot be a a good look.
