An offer by BP is surely to come, but the current ownership might want to hold and realise its full potential. It has Aptar in its corner. And once FDA is approved it has 3 years of freedom to make a very large and quick fortune. Then accept a takeover offer when the company is easily over a Billion MC.
Also I don't want a takeover offer inside the next 12 months. I will have to give half my gain to the tax office !
