After the discussion, sometimes heated and I apologize for that, with the Captain. I decided to email the distributor of the saliva test that the Captain alerted out attention too, that claimed they were FDA approved.

Here's the email and the response:

Hi,

You have stated on your web page that your Saliva tests are FDA approved. Is that Correct?

'All tests are CE Marked and FDA Approved, with an accuracy level of 99%'

I don't believe that there are any saliva drug tests on the market that have 510(k) FDA clearance.

I am just trying to clarify, thanks.
