1. Bio might haven't sold any share, for that kind of money, its one day's overhead to them
2. if you look at goodwill, and actual research cost to APAS and previous large version, they actually made loss with Bio, and still kept over $4mil goodwill to be realised for APAS... so check book value with intangible I guess.
3. if you look at RAP, if the market sense any remote possibility of big commercialiation oppie, it goes multi baggers without sales, so FDA excuse is really bs.
