The temporary relaxation of import restrictions is lasts until November this year. I seem to recall around the time of the initial BUB approval, there were around 26 other applications that had been made by foreign companies. Not sure where that was mentioned in hindsight, though.

Agree that A2M confirmed a submission 4-5 weeks ago. No one on this forum know the content of the submission.
Therefore, some of the FDA content on this forum is purely speculative.
The devil is in the detail.
