@werdplaya58 I just want to verify few things. It seems that I have missed info about
"new SAMR regulatory framework takes effect from 22 Feb 2023", could you please point me to the right direction to check it out? As far as I'm aware in the last FY report September 2022 was mentioned as registration expiration date.
As for re-registration process, it's my understanding that the first step - SAMR China label IMF re-registration dossiers submission is responsibility of a2 company (not Synlait) as stated in their last interim report
and which originally was supposed to be done in March but then postponed till April. And I believe this is why whole process was delayed. Now in July we still do not know when/if they submitted those dossiers. So, yes, an update on the progress would be very much appreciated by many shareholders.
