I suggest you ready the statement about the new regulations. Maybe there are two processes operating here. However I do note that the audit is conducted by NZ's Minister for Primary Industries on behalf of the Chinese. Now NZ Primary Industries is not going to fail Synlait on the audit. If they find anything they would get them to fix it and then report the result in the audit. Its a done deal.
