It's interesting that there is slight variation in wording from one year to the next, as they definitely mentioned the grace period in 2020 then removed this in 2021. Not sure if it is meaningful or not. Clearly at some point the company regarded the expiry as potentially subject to the grace period. Possibly that information is outdated or they've had further advice, but it still remains listed as a risk so should probably be treated as such.
