Price action starting to look unconvincing - it hasn't breached any significant overhead levels to engender any bullish sentiment. This FDA narrative seems a tad desperate. Long term, does little to elicit confidence given the headwinds the company faces externally and from within.
If this revisits $4 I think further downside and new lows are likely.
Just can't see past management on this one; not a good team at the helm.
