Guess you haven't checked much then. There's multiple approvals for Abbott on the list. Here's two of them and theres a further one under Special Infant formula.
Quality is only one aspect of the process and most companies applying would likely meet the FDA minimum standards. The main determinant of approval is how much and how quickly you can supply the product. At least get your facts straight.
