You'd think most eligible holders would have joined the first two Aus class actions that have since merged into one.
If the NZ class action is needing to advertise through the Herald to drum up interest, then that would appear to be the case.
Based on the previously reported numbers of class action participants, there is actually much less interest than there was for Bellamy's. Which makes sense, as the case was far more clear cut against Bellamy's than it is here. Even with the more obvious case, it took years for a resolution to be reached and it only happened in the end because the company was taken over and China Mengniu wanted it tied up.
