It contains discussions of a couple of similar cases that actually went to court. This can probably be used as a guide for court outcomes.
Settlement outcomes are a different story, and less predictable, since the facts of the case are only one consideration driving whether or not the company will opt to settle, and for what amount. However, the overall settlement amount for Bellamy's was I believe around $50M, and would almost certainly be fully insured.
